2009 Winter Timetable (January 7th - March)
Places should be booked in advance. Sorry, but there can be no refunds for missed classes although you can try and come to another class that week to catch up.
Group classes are booked in blocks of half terms which are normally between 6 and 8 weeks in line with the school term.
The number of participants in each class is limited to 12.
Please wear a t-shirt and tracksuit trousers/leggings and socks.
All equipment including mats are provided but please bring a towel.
Level 1 - Beginner. Basic pilates and rehab-type exercises for core strength and understanding of principles. No previous Pilates experience needed.
Level 2 - Improver. Pilates preparation exercises for more strength, endurance and flexibility.
Level 3 - Intermediate / Advanced. Pilates for those who have mastered the basics and want more challenging exercises.
Private sessions are held at my house or alternatively I can travel to you. It is advisable to come to at least one private session prior to enrolling for a group course.
A private session is necessary for anyone with injuries or rehabilitation needs.
